Hi, I'm Melek, which means 'Angel'. And yes, that's exactly where the name From An Angel comes from.

I grew up in London, spent over a decade working in Istanbul, and then found my way back home to London — where I now live with my wonderful husband and my 11-year-old daughter, who is quite honestly the best thing I've ever made. Every decision we make as a family, we make together, and From An Angel is no different. It's a family dream, not just mine.

This business was born from something simple: the gifts I put together for friends always got a reaction I couldn't ignore. Not just a "thank you" but that look. The one that says this was made for me. I realised I had a knack for knowing what people needed and, more importantly, how to make them feel truly seen.

So I started From An Angel. Every box is handpicked by me, personally. I think carefully about each item — not just what looks good but what feels right. No fillers, no rushing. Just beautiful things brought together with genuine thought and a lot of love.

I have big dreams for where this is going. But right now, I'm focused on doing one thing really well — creating gift boxes that feel like a warm hug from someone who truly cares.
